With over 20 years of experience in custom home construction, Brad Benne Construction LLC brings together the expertise of seasoned builder Brad Benne and architectural designer Kristin Benne to deliver homes that are thoughtfully designed and beautifully built.

Brad began his career as a journeyman union carpenter, crafting custom homes throughout St. Charles and St. Louis counties from 1999 to 2016. Kristin’s design journey started in 2002 with a residential architecture firm in Ladue, MO, followed by 16 years designing for a leading custom home builder in Chesterfield. In 2012, she launched KB Design, serving clients across mid-Missouri with tailored residential plans.

In 2016, Brad and Kristin returned to Callaway County to raise their family and take the reins of the family farm. That move sparked a new chapter, combining their talents to form Brad Benne Construction, LLC.

Kristin works closely with each client to design a home that reflects their unique vision, guiding every aspect from floor plans to finishes. Brad oversees the build from the ground up, ensuring every detail is executed with precision from dirt to key.
